Judges of the High Courts are transferable to the other high courts. They
can be promoted up to Judge of the Supreme Court.

transferred and cannot be promoted.

High Courts are bounded to obey the decision of Supreme Court.

Supreme Court is not bounded to obey the
decisions
of the High Courts or any other courts.

High Court has no power to take decisions regarding constitution.

chief Justice of High Court draws a salary of Rs. 30,000 while other Judges
draw Rs. 25,000 p.m.

Chief Justice of the Supreme Court draws
a
salary of 33,000 Rupees per month while other
Judges
draw Rs. 30,000 per month.
